Shipping:

Most items are already made and ready to ship within 1-2 days, this doesn't include weekends and holidays. Any items that are personalized will take 7-10 days since they are made to order but I will keep you updated of course via email.

Refunds:

Once item is delivered you have 7 days after the contact me for a refund. Refunds are processed after the item is delivered back to me in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

I accept exchanges within 7 days after the date of delivery. Please contact me with a description and photos of any defects or damages to item. Your item will gladly be exchanged after the item is delivered back to me.

Cancellations:

I accept cancellation requests within 6 hours of purchase
